This agreement is between myself, Nikisa (the “Artist”), and you (the “Client”).
Failure to comply with these Terms of Service may result in being banned from future commissions.I, the Artist, am not responsible if the Client fails to read and confirm the Terms of Service.
The Client is responsible to clarify any unsure policy with the Artist.| GENERAL TERMS
• Do not use my work for AI-related, NFT, or cryptocurrency projects.
• Do not claim the work as your own creation.
• I have the right to decline your commission request.
• Reposting commissioned works is allowed with proper credit.
• Do not rush me if no deadline was agreed upon at the start.| COMMISSIONS
• Turnaround time depends on the commission type (2–8 weeks).
• Waiting list are available on my Trello.
• Work starts after payment is settled.
• I may decline any commission at my discretion.
• All commissions are delivered digitally.
• There are no progress updates for commissions. (only WIP's on my YouTube)| PAYMENT POLICY
• Payment via Ko-fi, Boosty or Russian cards (for russian clients, contact me).

Refunds/cancellations only apply if:
• I cancel or cannot finish the commission.
• Work has not started within 6 months after payment.Clients may not request chargebacks under any circumstances.

• I, the Artist, retain full copyright to all created works and designs.
• Commissioned works are for personal use only, unless commercial rights are purchased.
• I may stream the creation process and showcase finished works unless it’s a private commission.
• Clients may not resell personal-use commissions.
